Proofs and Approval

We provide digital proofs for your review before printing. By approving a proof:

• You acknowledge that final printed colors may vary slightly from digital displays
• You waive the right to claim errors that were present in the approved proof

Production and Delivery

Regarding production and delivery:

• Production times are estimates and not guarantees
• Delivery times depend on shipping method and destination
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all printed materials. However:

• Minor variations in color, cutting, and registration are normal in printing
• We allow a tolerance of plus or minus 5% on quantity for all orders
• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns on custom-printed items
• Refunds are provided only for defects in materials or workmanship
• We may require photographic evidence of defects
