Custom Products Policy
All business cards and printed materials produced by shopinsureden are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns on custom-printed items that meet our quality standards
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
- Changes to approved designs cannot be made after printing starts
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order has defects in materials or workmanship, we will provide a replacement or refund. Defects include:
- Printing errors not present in the approved proof
- Incorrect paper stock or finishing
- Significant color variations from the approved proof
- Cutting or trimming errors beyond acceptable tolerances
- Damage during production or packaging
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered by our quality guarantee:
- Errors that were present in the approved proof (spelling, layout, contact information)
- Minor color variations due to different paper stocks or monitor calibration
- Normal printing tolerances (plus or minus 5% on quantity, slight registration variations)
- Damage that occurs during shipping after the carrier accepts the package
- Dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved in the proof
- Changes in personal preference after production
Reporting Issues
If you believe your order has a quality issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Include clear photographs showing the defect
- Keep all original packaging and materials

Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim:
- Our quality team will review your submission within 2 business days
- We may request additional information or photographs
- If the claim is approved, we will offer a reprint or refund
- Reprints typically ship within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Photograph the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement order at no cost to you.
Proof Approval Responsibility
By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for:
- Accuracy of all text, including spelling and contact information
- Proper placement of design elements
- Image quality and resolution
- Color selections (understanding that printed colors may vary slightly from digital displays)
We strongly recommend having multiple people review proofs before approval to catch any errors.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to appear
- 7-10 business days for bank transfers
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Replacement Orders
For approved quality claims, we will:
- Reprint your order at no additional cost
- Use expedited production when possible
- Cover standard shipping costs for the replacement
- Ensure the replacement meets all quality standards
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to:
- Reprinting the defective items, or
- Refunding the purchase price of the defective items
We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Costs incurred due to delayed delivery
- Amounts exceeding the original order value
